1. The site has only been in operation for 6 days, basically ever since the tmobile hacking took place. The site has recieved 4493 unique visitors in 6 days and counting.
2. The term "Paris Hilton Hacking" was mentioned on CNN (in writing) a few times when the story broke out. If you look at the stats provided below, the 24th - 26th had huge surge of traffic, which were all type ins because of CNN mentioning "Paris Hilton Hacking". The site is now getting 200 type ins per day after those huge surges.
3. The site has recieved 35 SE hits since it opened 6 days ago. 34 of those hits were people typing the URL in directly, most likely from the CNN mention, so I would not count on the SE hits being there anymore. However, the site has gotten listed on a few different high PR sites, so I would not be suprised if it ends up with a decent PR soon.
4. Basically, if the site was still getting the 1500 type ins per day everyday that it was getting when it was mentioned on CNN, it would be worth in the 5 figure range. The traffic is decreasing and it is settling around the 200 type ins per day. It may go lower, or it may go higher. Don't go thinking you will buy this site and it will go back to 1000 type ins per day or anything close to that. It won't, unless it gets some press. I am just being honest here, I want both parties to be happy with the sale.
5. Finally, the site is really nice, great domain, great design, if you are in the celeb game, it has good potential. Chances are there are more things coming out about Paris, so this site might be a good one to build around. If you don't know how to get celeb traffic and convert it, you shouldnt buy this site.
