Bump for the iBill posse - hope matters are cleared for all.
After all this time I still can't figure why anyone goes for/with iBill.
One client of ours INSISTED on using iBill's processing plus merchant gateway... took us a couple weeks contacting their tech dept. to get documentation and postback/back-end stuff... when everything was finally ready, enabled, launched, online, here-comes-da-traffic they shut down that service - no warning, no time, just no processing one day with an email referring you to a new account rep at another billing company (don't want to implicate them here - they seem innocent).
WTF?
