from what i can gather, it seems any support tickets seem to be forwarded to 'someone' at iBill to be handled, as supposedly all merchants transferred over to Etelegate are still iBill customers in some fashion, as they are to receive a percentage of all commerce processed for said accounts.

the incestuous relationship between iBill and Etelegate is hard to fathom, it is possible that either iBill actually purchased Etelegates entire operation (along w/ its prestigious mail-drop in London, not to mention the dissolved UK corporation), or is just assuming all roles of support (ha!) and maintenance of any transferred accounts.

it is fact though, Etelegate was opened by the irrascable Cory Tyler of VolPay antics and fame, take that for what you will w/ the ongoing iBill legacy of lunacy..
