The thing with determining the 'hotness' of a girl is firstly that everyone's opinions are different, secondly that some people are more discerning than others, and thirdly, although it's difficult for some people, it is possible to have an arbitrary scale of hotness for a girl, but people who are not discerning have no say in the matter, because they simply don't know hotness when it's presented to them.
Example: most of my male friends have one criteria for a girl being hot, and that is 'if she's got big tits then she's hot'. This is because they are not discerning at all, so their opinion hardly matters.
