I used to live in Scottsdale about 5min from the PV mall...not a bad place really.
But the heat was a bit much for me, I prefer cooler climates.
However, congrats on the new place you will be very busy meeting people in the biz there...it's like the SFV with more heat...

I was just in Tucson the end of last month doing some video for the Tucson 12 Swimsuit Calendar and I was really impreesed at how nice it was down there. I had only driven down there at night for concerts and never saw it during the day. We did a lot of shooting in various locations in the Foothills and it was absolutely gorgeous.
