    Stop Yer Bitchin' About Dave, Animals

    Who the fuck said anything about Dave being a good guy? He's a proven scammer. But the bitching here needs to stop. He won't be scamming anyone this time. He'll be closely watched.

    I think there are people here on this board who live to bitch. Bitch and moan. Maybe they just can't afford to contribute and need to stir up shit to make themselves feel better about it.

    So Dave gets a little exposure for his hosting company... so fucking what? How many new accounts do you really think he'll get out of it? I think the answer is going to be ZERO.

    The money being donated will be watched closely. If Dave touches a dime you'll all get your wish. He'll be punished, and the news will be national.

    So.... shut the fuck up and stop yer bitchin'.

Imagine the added stress of this on the missing girl's father with reporters banging down his door for comments on the scam when mor eimportant issues are at stake, such as the whereabouts of his missing angel.

                                                                                          Put yourself in his shoes. You're suposed to be a dad, think about it. What if your child was missing and a known scammer was posibly exploiting you and your son for profit?

                                                                                          Handing over the operation to a reputable company is the right thing to do to avoid this all.

                                                                                                                                  Rather than have donations go to the father's paypal account, or a 501(c)3 organization with audited finances, the site's creator could set up a paypal account for himself, using a hotmail address that doesn't really indicate where the money goes. Then he could write a check for any amount of money to the family or the organization they designate, and say that was all the money donated. It might be 100%, it might be 50%, it might be 10%. How would Larry King, the FBI, or anyone else be the wiser? I mean obviously with a search warrant the FBI could find out, but they'd need to show probable cause that a crime was committed in order to seize the records. It seems like if a person went this route, there would be no way to detect whether donations were embezzled or not, so the perpetrator wouldn't even need to run away and hide.

                                                                                                                                  I don't know whether this fits with the current situation or not...perhaps the hotmail address listed for paypal donations is owned by the missing girl's family, and if so, that shoots down this proposed fraud strategy.

                                                                                                                                      Perhaps someone could have PayPal verify the amount of money donated. I know many of us met some of PayPal's upper management when they were exploring adult a few years back. Does anyone still have contacts there?
