A little girl is missing, maybe forever, and you guys care more about...

Some of you are more worried about trying to get revenge for your missing money or getting Drudge to trash the adult industry than you are about the feelings of the family or the little girl herself.

The important thing here is that the media focus on the missing girl, not the $10 that you lost to the guy who is working with the family on the website.

I don't know this scammer, but seeing the bullshit posts where some of you want to try to get the mainstream media to attack the adult webmaster community and you want to take the focus off of the missing girl, it makes no sense.

A little girl is missing. Do you care or do you care about your $10 more?

Do you want her family to worry about porn-related allegations or do you want them to focus on finding their little girl?

AS I've said many times, there is nothing "scam" about this site, we have recieved donations from Ophrah Winfrey, no joke, and they are going to be interviewing Mark next week.

I see alot of yelling about scam, but so far no one has even remotley shown anything that could be considrerd a scam or anywhere near it.

It's more than that.

Being a person who searched for his kids for over 13 years after my ex wife abducted them it's an association thing. You think after she is found (hopefully this is the case) they won't do back ground checks on this guy?

Yahoo brings up turbofaces page 1st shot.

If we don't do the right thing and make sure he hands this over to someone with a good rep then we are dragging the media into here anyways but in a really bad light.

What if none of us contacted the police about the paypal links? you think David would volunteer that info? NO it would be a big investigation and anybody caught holding back facts could be prosecuted.

This is not about revenge on David it's about the right people doing the right thing.

It's very sad about the little Girl. I have two daughters of my own, and would personally rip the throat out of anyone even attempting to harm them.

The fact remains that a lot of people were about to be scammed... maybe.

Yes it's sad that she is still missing, even sadder that they may never find her, but this guy is pure scum, and should be locked up.

I am sure you would agree that any publicity wether good, or bad is effective, and perhaps helpful.

I also agree with you that this guy should hand the site over to someone outside of adult before any of this causes problems for the family.

The threats of "exposure" alone should be enough to convince him to turn it over.

If the guy really cares about the girl and the family, he should also (like the webmasters going after him) realize that this is much bigger than some personal fight.

The minute that "porn sites" and that little girl's name are mentioned together on CNN or Fox for the first time, a lot of people are going to feel pretty stupid, not the least of who will be the family themselves. Suddenly they will be being asked to explain porn allegations instead of worrying about their daugter.

The sooner this whole mess is far away from the adult industry, the better for everyone involved, especially the little girl and her family.

Maybe alot more people will 'hear' about the missing little girl when they 'hear' the word porn involved. It peaks peoples interest sometimes..you know? That is a sad commentary, but it's true....

I really don't see what the big deal is about having his links at the bottom. If Yahoo was hosting this site for the family you can bet they'd credit themselves somewhere and not a damned one of you would say a word.
