    It's OK to recommend your buddy as long as he has some REAL testimonials from non-buddies (hope this makes sense lol). So I'm looking for people who produced desired results after being contracted.

              Seriously though, if someone is hiring a "true" seo guy, they are probably not just going to offer him up to competition.
