My question is: since the original request sent by the surfer's browser gets a subdomain as an answer that redirects to the requested domain (the transition is seamless), will the search engines list these sites? will they consider them as domains or as subdomains?

are u sure it's redirecting to the domain.com? or is it just configured that way on the server, but actually goes to the actuall domain.com? some servers list add on domains like domain.domain.com when creating it on the server, but it's not a redirect
