I know that the Visa issue is not your doing and I'm sure you're trying your best to fix the situation. Hopefully soon, it will be sorted out. But in the meantime, all those webmasters who have money with ePassporte are hurting. Their only income is stuck in virtual space and they have no access to it. And to make things worse, all types of rumors are flying. So why don't you show everyone that ePassporte is alive and well, and help ease our minds by using your own money (which I'm sure you have pleanty of). Deposit the amount owed each person into their ePassporte wallet so they can have access to it ASAP.
When the issue with Visa clears, you will get your money back. After all, you're the one who says the money is safe. Mr. Mallick, be smart and do the right thing, you will get a lot more in return from your loyal customers.

It happened before, its happening now, and it definitely will happen again and again, unless we do something about it.

Some years ago the same situation happened to MyVirtualCard processor (MVC). I Lost all my money and all my members while MVC was trying to solve the issue with Visa. And by the time they did, MVC was already defunct. So they figured out why not just keep all the money. Never got a penny from them.
Before that, IBill had the same issue with Visa. By the time they settled, iBill was long gone too. Took off with millions of of dollars, including thousands of my money.
No one did shit about any of the above situations. Last I heard, the former CEO of iBill was building business centers and apartments in Florida, and MVC owner bought himself a restaurant chain somewhere in Israel.

Speaking of getting fucked, what about the sponsors who cut us off and keep our money because they say we have invalid clicks or traffic? They scam millions from us each year, yet they never show us proof of wrong doing from our side. Take Google adsense for example. If they see multiple clicks coming from the same IP, they will cancel our account and keep our money. (see full article) What control do we have on who clicks ads in our site, and how many times they click? Google can simply deduct the invalid clicks and send us the rest of the money. Instead, they keep it all. They say it will be refunded back to advertisers, what a joke.

A court can force a sponsor to show proof or pay up. But lawyers want thousands up front, and none of us can afford this. We vent our anger at forums like GFY and others, which are most likely supported by the same sponsors that fucked us in the first place.
In the end, we do nothing, we simply tuck our tails between our legs and start all over again. Sponsors know this, so they fuck us time after time.

Your suggestion of a sort of insurance policy to cover bad checks from networks is a license for the networks to steal you know. Prosecuting interstate business checks is nearly impossible due to questions from local DAs about jurisdiction.

Samo... The ONLY answer is to work with truly reputable sponsors (there are still a few out there). I work with 3 sponsors and 3 sponsors only. I don't need or want any more than that. I have been with them for nearly a decade, and I've never missed a check. If you fall for every fly-by-night dipshit sponsor that comes along, then you're asking for trouble.

Bottom line... Find a gold-standard sponsor. Build a solid, first-name relationship with them. And work your ass off.

Others will fall, and you'll still be standing.

this is the path i have been choosing. dropping sponsors, redirecting traffic, swapping out galleries & links to the ones i trust for several months. my income has only increased.

i try a new one only if they truly fill a void. even then i got no problem dropping them quick if they don't convert or i even suspect they may be fucking me over

Mr Mallick cannot come clean because the truth would ruin his business. He cannot tell what happened without shitting where he eats, so his only way of not telling lies is to give us empty PR. He hopes the business will get back to normal before he needs to reveal where and why the shit hit the fan, which would mean indefinite end to this business. But as history teaches us he doesn't need to reveal shit and simply wait for things to sort itself. By the time they are sorted we will all either have to adapt or die. And once we are adapted we've taken in the loss and are not counting on a positive outcome anymore. We move on. And so does he, with our money. Time heals all wounds they say and time will heal this one too, only that some will never see the funds and some will see plenty.

VISA isn't the issue either. VISA hasn't frozen any funds, because VISA doesn't have any funds in their possession to freeze. They're a gateway, not a bank. They don't hold any funds whatsoever. They don't even hold authorizations that are pending capture.

Sure, maybe VISA deactivated their cards, but VISA has absolutely nothing to do with your funds not being available to you.

Well, if he cared about ePassporte, I'm sure he would of by now. Instead, due to the deafening silence, it's quite obvious he doesn't give a flying fuck about ePassporte at the moment.
