Adult Empire Stealing SpookyCash Content

I happened to be looking at a few SpookyCash affiliates' TGPs today. And I noticed some tours in my niche, which I had not seen before. I try to stay on top of that sort of thing, so I went to check them out. They were all on Adult Empire, which seems like it is sort of an AVS, and they all contained content stolen from my program. Probably more stuff stolen my SpookyCash in the inside of their sites.

I tried to find contact info for them on their site, to ask them to remove all SpookyCash content, and to give me access to see what else from SpookyCash might be on their system. But the only thing in their FAQ suggested joining their forum. If they harbor lots of content snarfers, I hardly want to point more of them at my stuff.



Has anyone else had to deal with having their stuff stolen on Adult Empire? Do they make a habit of this sort of thing?

I signed up for Adult Empire years ago and still receive their regular mailings. I never used the program, because it looked like every site in the mailings was borderline legal - and not just stolen content.

There's some creepy shit in those emails.

I believe you will. AE is an AVS and as far as I know they shut down all reported sites real quick. Take a look at their board where they publish the list of closed ones.

AVS sites are created by third-party webmasters (and some of them crooked) but support removes from system stolen content very quickly.

During my time at ATKingdom, we caught them on MULTIPLE occasions stealing content. Not once, not twice, but again and again. So I feel comfortable in saying ADULT EMPIRE = THIEVES

oh well, add them to the growing list of content thieves on the net (tubes, torrents, forums)... hardly even post-worthy.

Is the content from inside of your members area or is it affiliate given content? Im not sure exactly how they work, but we have affiliates that use sponsor content to make their avs sites, and then upsell to the sponsor site.

Lots of AVS systems have affiliate content which upsells the actual program. That is not, unfortunately, what this is.

Aw thanks. I took it how you meant it i.e. apparently Adult Empire taking stuff they shouldn't is unfortunately commonplace.

I'm DMCAing them now. I always try to resolve this sort of thing directly and in a chill way with folks, but, if they have been sent this thread and been ICQed and they haven't responded, then I guess they prefer doing it more formally. Kind of a bummer, but sounds like it is par for the course with these guys.

Well, they gave me a pass and told me I should find all the instances of content abuse myself. Only I had to stop and spend my time cleaning malware off my computer, after just a few minutes of browsing their sites :-(
