    seriously... I've had a ticket open for 4 days now and I can't get a response. What's up with your "True 365.24.7 support?"

    are you guys working or what?

    seems like the only way to get a response is by posting on the msg boards! WTF

                                I just ICQ Gerard and it gets done , what ever it is, and that doesn't happen very often, great team as far as I'm concerned. I'm putting Briana Banks new site on a webair server.

                                Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

                                      Same here. I hit Mike or Gerard up if I need anything. If they are not around I just call. I just had to have G send a new ftp password to a local mainstream client so I could finish a contact page for them. I have been with webair for over 6 years and they have been awesome. I refer my adult clients and mainstream clients to them. Great servers and killer support. Two thumbs up for webair!

                                                    No support on virtual accounts is shitty, they might as well stop selling them. There are many hosts that give excellent support on virtual accounts. Everybody screams dedicated dedicated. I guess that is where the hosting companies make money? . I run a network of small niche blogs. I get a lot more out of running many shared hosting accounts then I do getting 1 dedicated server. All of my hosts give me excellent service on virtual accounts.

                                                                  the tickets are usually asking for some php extension thats not installed on the server they are on or something along those lines.

                                                                    Instead of going into details... I'll just say that, NO, the problem was not fixed. Instead, my blog was wiped out by webair during the transition from virtual to dedicated server months after I was told it was already moved.

                                                                    If anyone from Webair disagrees... I will post the chat & emails from the retarded Webair tech support.

                                                                    Bottom line... webair is a total shitbag company!

                                                                          I've never understood the whole "if you want great support you need to go dedicated" bullshit.

                                                                          I'm with Naked Hosting and the support was just as great as a virtual customer as it is now that I only use dedicated. The only difference between the virtual and dedicated support is that virtual did not include script installs but they'd happily do it for $25. With dedicated, everything from A to Z is taken care of.

                                                                          Tickets are responded to within minutes and they have live and phone support as well.

                                                                          A customer is a customer is a customer and they should be treated the same no matter what. That shitty little virtual customer today could easily be a big customer tomorrow.

                                                                          I'd never give a hosting company more money in exchange for better support. I expect the best support ... always. Naked Hosting has always provided that which is why I will not stray.

                                                                          I also recommend Reflected, who we use for a network I'm a partner in and Mojo, who I've referred a client to so that he could get the ElevatedX package deal.

                                                                              Whats up with Webair support? Simple. It sucks. Unless you can get someone on live chat, or ICQ, you are fucked. Submitting tickets is a joke which is why we cancelled all our servers with them.

                                                                                      Webair isn't bad, the live help thing is awesome and I've never waited more than 1 minute to get someone on that and within 2-3 minutes after that my problem is usually solved. How can it be faster than 3-4 minutes to fix a problem?
