    MrWilson step inside

Hey man people are telling me I stole your designs and are reselling them, when we both know I'm the one who created these:

    http://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=971515

So either they are mixed up or you've been selling my stuff. I've been ICQing you all day but you haven't answered so I'm going to try and catch you here. This needs to be cleared up man.

I think he's from the UK or something, I'm sure he'll be online eventually. I've never seen him selling these before but good luck to all involved.

Yeah I looked through his posts and his templates on his site and none of my stuff was there, so it may just be a mistake but I still want it cleared up.

Mike Nyce and MrWilson on topic of stolen designs.

Probably Mike Nyce created them, if he says he created them to everyone like this in this thread. Let's see if any of the following replies will be against Mike Nyce.

He was on ICQ earlier but I didn't get a reply so I dunno.

Like I said I don't want to accuse him of anything I have no proof of (other than the two guys in my thread) but if you go back through my posts I was selling these designs back in Feb...his first post that I saw selling premade TGP's was in March, and most of them have broken links now. The ones he has on XzorBix aren't any of mine so I can't say for sure.

                Just my 2c.

I'm here, 9:51 am here, Been speaking with Mike on ICQ for the past 40 mins

I can assure you the template(style) in question was posted first by me on this forum a very long time ago.

                    Way before mike even joined.

Alot of people know me and associate me with TGP Templates.
Through this board and many, many others.

Alot of people know the design style in question was first posted by me.

It just so happens that Mike has put out a design that is very similar (different graphics) but pretty much identical layout and its very much the same size.

I don't know if he was at all inspired but it just seems a bit strange that someone that has "never" seen my style would come up with something so similar.

I've tried to come to some agreement with him but seem to be going in circles.
He has no intentions of removing the template.

                    What's a guy to do.

                    The templates in question:
                    mine: http://www.xzorbix.com/pytgp
                    his: http://www.thetgpstore.com/demos/001/index.html

Not hard to see the similarities?

                        a ban is not required.
I suggested to just avoid any future confusion that we both discontinue this template he agreed at first but later changed his mind.

                            Thanks for posting MrWilson.

I'm not willing to remove it just because it bear some simiilarity to your design:
                            http://xzorbix.com/pytgp/

whill I'll agree it's similar in layout, they are two completely different designs. You're not the first to use a graphical UL for an archive listing, it's been around for years.

So why should I let you strong arm me into taking mine down because it's similar

Just so people know which design ppl are getting confused about:

                            MrWilsons:
                            http://xzorbix.com/pytgp/

                            Mine:
                            http://thetgpstore.com/demos/001/index.html

                            Similar layout, yes....stolen design... no.

The coding and structure of the css is completely different.

We mutually agreed to no longer use this template in designs to avoid any future confusion yes. I wasn't aware that he wanted both of us to remove the one that is currently up until he asked me to remove it as it's been up for months on both ends. Just because people are getting confused now doesn't mean either of us should take it down, just rather get on here and relieve confusion for people.
