False accusations against a person or company. We all want to know what companies and individuals have done you wrong. Just make sure you back any claims you make up with solid proof. If you plan on calling someone a scammer, liar, cheat, or anything else, have your proof in order and post it with your claim. False accusations will be grounds for immediate banning.

Suggesting someone's nick is a previously-known member I don't think calls for a false accusation, but for discussion. If you really want to take the rules to the letter, I think the title of his thread doesn't even literally say that Batts == BigDeanEvans, since there is no = sign.

There's got to be some common sense applied to these rules - we all know why rule 8 was written and trying to find out false nicks is not one of them.

2. "Batts New Nick - BigDeanEvans" - how can you possibly interpret that as anything other than him saying that BigDeanEvans is Batts? It's not "Is BigDeanEvans Batts?" Even though looping someone in with a scammer at all without posting SOME sort of reason why is still questionable, at least if he was ASKING if it could be true, THAT could be more of an opening it for discussion vs. an accusation. How many people will read the title of that thread, not look at the thread but then stay away from BigDeanEvans just because of that?
