I don't tend to think that there is any more room for people to be making money by giving away vast quantities of free porn. Sure, the big TGPs that exist now make a lot of money, but that doesn't mean that it could be done with a newer site. I think the biggest business mistake that you could make with a TGP now is trying to make it big and profitable. TGP is charity.

making a buck seems to be getting harder each day that passes. Maybe I have lost my touch, or was it just plain luck. more traffic has not resulted in greater membership conversions.

I seem to be spending more and making less.

Dunno 10k, but 5-6k? Easy! If you're making a lot less than that, you're in the wrong biz indeed. I mean, 170-200 dollars a day from a 100,000 uniques TGP? Not big deal! Assuming the traffic is real, of course. If traffic is hitbot, I doubt they've credit cards

$10 a month is possible if you manage to sell all the available gallery spots and fill the rest with yours, plus sell plenty of banner positions and sell traffic.

It's amazing how many people think that this can be done overnight!

make 1000 galleries

put your galleries on your tgp

put banners on your tgp

make your tgp 100K

that's it. it takes time but it really works.
