also the site is melissa's , as she said, she will offer you a new contract after 13 months, at her option, and then she may get a percent of the profits.

but what ever happens, after the model puts in her cam shows, winds up in the papers, gets arrested, and what ever else happens, the site and content will be melissa's in the end.

I can see some hard feelings with this deal before the contract is over in 13 months. But who knows, its a win win for melissa by the looks of it. Thats allot fo content and work for 7600$ a month.

Well she has to start somewhere right??? I mean I made a lot less then that my first 13 months in the business and I didn't get a free car or a free place to live. If she does it right she can save almost all that money because she has no expenses at all. If I find the right girl and she shows me she is here to work she will make a lot more then that the second year. I also know a lot of girls with sites right now that make a lot less then that. Not to be picky, but shouldn't that be worded something along the lines of 'Giving away a 13 month contract worth up to $100k (assuming you complete the contract), and a lease of a car and an apt the entire time under contract'

From the original wording, it sounds like you're giving away the car and apt, but you're just letting them borrow it until their contract expires.

Questions: What if the winner doesn't do everything in HER power to keep YOU happy? What if she wrecks the car? Trashes the apartment? What if her site doesn't become as successful as yours, will you still pay the 60k at the end? What if it hasn't even EARNED 60k, even if she worked hard the entire 13 months?
