I started looking at porn when I was 13. Why would a kid actually listen to a dislaimer page? They dont, they just click enter. All the disclaimer page does is clear the webmaster of any wrong doing. Never in my life have I heard of a kid that clicked "LEAVE" on a disclaimer page.

Really? Why not refer to the other thread where I posted links to the LAW regarding contracts with minors? The ONLY contracts with you that are legally binding are ones that are NECCESSARY FOR YOU TO LIVE, with regards to a place to live etc. Anything that is ILLEGAL for you to deal with (such as pornography and adult related materials) is STILL NOT LEGAL for you to be involved in or sign contracts regarding. You can't just go up to a bar and tell the bouncer "I'm an emancipated youth", and he'll let you in. Bullshit. He knows as well as you do that it would STILL be illegal for you to walk in the door. Same with regards to contract law. Don't believe me, call a lawyer, consultations are free, ESPECIALLY for emancipated minors.

What you don't seem to understand is that an sponsors that are allowing you to send them traffic, providing you with content, etc etc etc are BREAKING THE LAW. It is ILLEGAL for you to be involved in anything regarding adult, even if you are "emancipated".
