It appeared to me we are just like the computer game industry and they are still doing good!

THey give DEMO of their game (just like a tgp gallery - a sample) and then people can buy the game (buy an XXX membership) or alternatively they can download the game on kazzaa (just like XXX can)...

it still works for game companies and they are still existing so maybe free porn doesnt affect XX industry as much as people say....

If game demos let you play the beginning, middle, and most importantly the end of the game, but cut out the other stuff, would you still go buy games, or would you just keep downloading free demos?

well demos allow u to play a LEVEL of the game usually.

we give them usually a small sample of entire movie, i fail to see ur point.

I think that the XXX industry is very similiar to the setup the computer industry have and there are no prodictions of doom from them.......

I'm in both industries, and the point I was making is that free porn gives the surfer the ending, in other words, the goods to make due with to get off. If game demos gave the same thing I don't think there would be such a desire on people's parts to buy the whole game after already having finished it.

I run a few TGPs so I'm just as guilty if you want to call it that, but I do feel that there's absolutely no need at all to sign up for a pay site when there are literally millions of pictures out there to be had within minutes for free. Before I got into this industry I used to surf porn, and never once did I buy a membership to a pay site (I join them now that I'm in this biz though, lol). First off I was so scared off from all the bullshit crap that a lot of sites pulled with CCs, and second all I had to do was go to the Hun or IRC to get anything I needed.

You say "we give them a small sample of a movie"... How many times do you have to watch an entire full length flick to get off? I usually just fast forward to the parts I want and that'll do it. I don't think I've ever watched an entire porn flick from start to finish. With all the short samples out there floating around for free, there's plenty of "good parts" to choose from for anyone who wants to look.

I am amazed that people still sign up for paysites actually. I sure as hell wouldn't if I wasn't in this industry.
