Business Opportunities (Seeking Partnerships/Sites For Sale/Roles within Companies)
If you dont already know, i own and manage Solo Revenue. I recruit and shoot my models as well as do all the tasks from the ground up (editing, marketing tools, integrations, etc).
Before this, i was a large affiliate since about 99, mainly running high traffic tgp networks.
My company is still growing at a good pace and one of the very few companies to launch post 2010 and find success (i say companies and not brands for a reason). On top of that, it was done in a niche that many thought was already dead.
Ive always been very forward on GFY regarding financial numbers because im not offering something that can be duplicated/saturated. Most of my sites do reach the ceiling that exists in this niche which is about 5-7k net a month (500-600 active members). This is the ceiling for a new girl with no existing brand, is not involved in her site and who is softcore, obviously I can get higher than that with well known pornstars/popular camgirls and hardcore models but for what my network is, i am hitting the ceiling. But its still a business model that can be duplicated nonstop as there are endless models out there who want these sites and the profit margin is one of the best in the industry, 10-15k investment lands you a site that makes atleast 5k a month in profit for years and there is 0 risk of failure with such little investment, even a failed site makes a killing.
Anyway thats my current business. Why im making this thread, is that, similar to ThePornNerd's predicament, i feel there is even more growth to be had but to really maximize that, i will have to look at expanding via partnerships. I am a one man business taking over the all the small tasks because i dont trust anyone else to do them right because doing any small task wrong can lead to a failed site, its 2014 and now there is no room for error. Due to the decline of this industry and how closed off it is (noone really even knows how to get in, nobody gives numbers, etc), there is a lack of new minds/businesses in this industry so just about everybody talented is involved in something already and the people seeking out jobs are small reps who move around because they are familiar enough with the industry to offer something but dont bring enough to stick around and actually make it worthwhile for the company, they find another role with another company due to them having worked for another big company and having a decent rep because no company wants to see an ex employee who they got along with not able to find another job.
So im hoping with this thread, I might be able to reach out to some of the people who are looking to make some serious growth in the next 2-3 years. I am open to all sorts of business proposals.
Just to name a few to get the ball rolling:
? Open to discussing roles within other companies if the opportunity was right (must be okay with me having a current program of my own / relocation is not an issue) No I am not interested in any small rep roles or marketing manager roles as I am a strong believer in doing everything right from the ground up, choosing models, style of content, etc etc - So if i were to take a role, i'd need a say in how its constructed so that i can be 100 percent confident in its success.
? Failed site? If i think it has potential, im willing to partner on just a single site
? Producer sitting on content who wants to turn it into a site
? Content brokers who might consider turning their new top models into a paysite instead of shooting a bit of her content for everybody until shes oversaturated. Think long term, make a site based around her and keep her exclusive. Just because youre not in that business doesn't mean you can't be.
? Selling sites? Any size/any niche, let me know.
? You know of a model who is solo calibre, there could be a nice referral bonus if shes what we or somebody i know seeks.
? While I am not selling whatsoever, one would be close minded not to listen to offers. So feel free.

I am not interested in cross sales/upsells, or any cross promotion of any sort. While i believe there is room for that in hardcore, i keep my solo sites free of that. So reps, do not contact me about that.
And third party billers, i am not currently interested.
While I am involved in solo now, my future plans are to be heavily involved in hardcore. All my prior experience to Solo Revenue was in marketing hardcore content. With the overall market being larger, more marketing avenues, etc, hardcore is the side of the business I will be moving towards. Any future hardcore networks i have will almost definitely lean towards art/babe. Nubilefilms, reallyusefulcash, x-art, etc - Higher end production, and higher end models. I mention this all just to clarify for anyone who thinks i am only involved in softcore or that i plan to keep it that way.
I missed out on the phoenix forum as i am in the middle of a launch so figured I would make up for it by doing a little networking i wouldn't have done otherwise.
