I realise that. I fully expect to see regular JoePusher.com for sale threads from now on until eventually he is asking less than daisy's current offer.

Nobody knows when their circumstances will change though. A scorned offer today can be accepted tomorrow if someone has a surprise medical bill or their roof blows away was why I said no harm in making an offer. Good thing for daisy now though after after having made the offer and ben laughed at is if it turns into a desperate sale he is holding all the cards.

The time frame could be years, it could be months, nothing lasts forever.
The point is no one is going to buy for what you want to sell it for. I'm not saying with 100% certainty you will keep trying to sell this every few months for the next couple years. But as someone who checks buy sell on gfy daily and has for around 5 years straight, it's totally reasonable to think.
