Hi Chris,

I have sent numerous emails on two issues with the TubeAce WP plugin. Maybe you will answer your post.

Issue 1. xHamster feed. It does not work. I get this error

Video skipped! Video titled 'Tube Ace xHamster Import' duration not an integer: .

Then it stops. I know I am doing this correctly because I can get other feeds to work.

Issue 2. RedTube feed. I start loading videos with a certain keyword and it works fine. After about 50 or so videos I get these messages

"Video Titled so and so not added" (replace so and so with the real title.

It will do this for rest of the videos.

Then when I go bad to redo the keyword starting at the page it started with these messages it loads them.

So, you can not start the process and walk away. Or you can end up with 15 pages not loaded.

Themes- Back on 31 Dec 2013 you stated that more themes were coming. Nothing yet.

Update with xHamster Feed.

Chris worked with me on getting the xhamster feed working. He and I were up until 11PM EST getting this issue resolved. The issue was his instructions for using the feed and NOT the script.

So, support is there and he will respond to get things sorted out.

For $80 the WP TubeAce plugin is well worth it.

I have over 1,400 videos on my tube site http://sexygilf.com and I will be adding more videos shortly.

RedTube feed. This is an issue with RedTube it self where it will stop adding videos. Simple fix is to stop the feed once you get "this video was not added" and restart the pull.

So, do I recommend this plugin? Yes I do, for $80 it's well worth it and it saves a lot of time loading videos.

Instructions up to 3 are fine for xhamster.

Follow this for the rest.

4. Copy and past the url that was generated by xhamster and put it in the url section on your internet browser and click enter.

This will give you all the links, title, thumbs, etc.

Copy and paste all of the links and save it as a .cvs file named tubeace-xhamster.cvs.

5. To import the file into Tube Ace, go to Tube Ace > xHamster Import from the WordPress Admin Menu

Chris you fucktard. You really want to be smug about this and make me look like the idiot. No fucking way.

I was trying to be nice with my post above about your script. I felt bad that I made your script look bad posting on your thread.

It was ME ALONE that figured out what the damn problem was with the xhamster feed. You don't know your own DAMN script. Fucktard!

Now, the truth about his support or the lack of support.

Chris answered four support related email questions after I purchased the script. His responses were the same BS as everyone else gets.

"Your server."
"The issue is with your import file. Make sure you're using the correct format."
"It works on my server."

He then stopped answering all support related issues. He just blew me off. I guess that is standard for TubeAce reading other members comments. I must have sent him 10 support related emails and even used his support form. No answer.

I then filed a paypal Resolution requesting a refund due to no support.

He answered paypal stating that he gave me hours of support and his terms were no refunds.

He spent a total of 5 minutes answering my previous four support questions with his canned responses (see above).

I then escalated to a paypal charge back. Well guess what? I started getting emails from Chris. It was the same damn dumb shit canned response.

The error message in question was

His answer was

"The issue is with your import file. Make sure you're using the correct format."

Well, his instructions on his site http://wordpress.tubeace.com/nav/doc...amster_import/ are WRONG WRONG WRONG. You DO NOT put the link generated by xhamster in a txt file and load it from the site admin.

You MUST take the link, put it in a web browser and then it will list all the links to the video, thumb, etc. You then have to copy and paste all links from the web browser and put it in a excel spreadsheet and save it as a .cvs file.

Then, you go into the site admin and load the .cvs file.

I was even nice enough to send him the correct way to load xhamster feeds to put on his site. However, he has not changed them. I don't think he knows how.

He did answer my emails at 11PM EST but as always the same damn BS canned responses.

I canceled the paypal charge back because I got the script to work. I did the right thing since it does work. His instructions are WRONG though. If he knew his script then there would never have been an issue.

My opinion on the script is the same. It's worth the $80 only if you know how to troubleshoot scripts.

Remember though, you get no support from TubeAce.
