Do people in Mexico have credit cards for international use?

I have asked this question before but it was for people in Brazil. In Brazil they have CC but not for international use.

So I was thinking of setting up a site using CCBILL for Mexico but was wondering if in Mexicothey even have credit cards?

Went to Mexico on a trip a few years back. No stop signs. No street lights. No drinking age. No fucks given.

Do they have credit cards? Never mind for international use! I'm going to go with no.
