Google penalize - advice and clarification?

Hey, maybe someone with strong knowledge about this could explain this better to me.

After 4th of September all my top keywords vanished from top 300 search results.

Some things confuse me / are unclear for me:
1. Impressions from WMT are still as high as before 4th of September although my trafic is down by 60-70 percentage
2. Some pages are not displayed on searches - like searching for my site name/url - will return Twitter account or different tag pages - not my home page as before AND the indexed page number from WMT is still slowly increasing.

Can someone explain this to me, please? Maybe also some advices how to return to initial state - if there's something I can do?

I've started exchanging links on LinkSpun and tried to squeez the most quality ones ( as my site was PR1, but with low OBL ), after the incident looked at some of the trades and removed them, but still the backlinking build campaign was good for SERP increase for a period. after all this BAM penalize?

The ad networks need to be more transparent when they shut down publishers and force either blank ads or "account suspended" ads in place of real ones.

There have been examples in the past where both companies have said they have shut down publishers. but the ads remain and traffic flows for months after.

Currently the system does not but we are in the process of a complete over hall of how the network works and should be a feature that will be in the new system.

We’ve found though guys tend to pull the code fairly quick once they know they aren’t being paid and can’t login to their account.

The content is not yours to do what you want with. Believe it or not in the long run Google is going to hate you unless you do hard work. What you are doing now is stealing other peoples work which is the laziest thing you can do in the adult webmaster business.

Your Google traffic will continue to fall until you stop stealing images and start making your own content or start concentrating on SE texts.

If you are concentrating on SE text it is really stupid to use stolen images and videos.

Sometimes sites start out looking quite legitimate, these bad actors are clever, so not all the blame can be laid at the ad networks or sponsors.

However there are cases where quite clearly ad networks actively work with publishers despite the content. JuicyAds are the best of them all though and always act fast against the bad guys.

Plugrush can and should do much better, exoclick are the worst and I believe they deliberately work with pirates and borderline sites.

As far as sponsors go, AWE is the worst of the worst and I am busily building a case whereby they will lose their ability to process credit cards because of the sites they promote their LiveJasmin product on.

WMT is not showing stats in real time, it shows stats with 3days delay.

2. Some pages are not displayed on searches - like searching for my site name/url - will return Twitter account or different tag pages - not my home page as before AND the indexed page number from WMT is still slowly increasing.

Pages that are not displayed in ser when you search the exact link are penalised and maybe deindexed or sandboxed if you want to check if they are deindexed search "site:your url" if you dont get your url in results than you are deindexed, if you get results then maybe you are sandboxed and still have a chance to recover.

Allow me to explain it in simple terms.

Whenever you use someone's picture for commercial purposes (to make money) you need a model release (a signed contract with that person or their legal representative) which basically says "I give this person the right to use my picture to make money".

If you don't do that you can get sued because you're using the picture to make money without having the right to do so.

That's for just starters.

Then you add to that the whole jailbait/underage and porn angle and you have yourself a situation that could potentially land you in serious legal trouble.

And that's not even considering privacy laws, the social networks' terms and conditions he/she downloads the pictures from which it's safe to assume are being broken among other legal angles.

Those are lowest quality links that only deal the purpose of manipulating search results. Since they leave a large footprint, they are easy to find and devalued. In essence, having linkspun links is like having no backlinks at all.

Regarding stats from Google. They no longer provide search terms to anybody. They don't want you to know and since you have no valid agreement with them, why should they provide anything?

About FB photos: .... well. It's not helping either because FB imprints digital code in their images when they crop them. easy for Google to figure out where they came from.
