Just started lurking a couple months back on advice from a friend, and it seems the general feeling is that theres actually less business getting done here than in previous years. Nevertheless I do see people like Jay-Rock advertising girls available for custom content and/or booking (in Jay's case it looks like hes partnered up with Motley Models for that).
