90% of my traffic is from the tubes, I couldn't do what I do without them. And I know that if I tried, I wouldn't have anywhere near the 15,000 active members that I do have since I launched my first site 15 months ago, so yes, most definitely, I high five the tubes.

lol, if that was the case, then surely the front page on all the Manwin tubes, would be full of their own videos from their own sites? You will find that the only way to have the best tube is to have the best videos on your front page, and the only way to determine which ones are the best is by letting the users rate them. There are complicated algorithms that determine which videos are best, but includes views and ratings of course. It makes no sense to a tube owner to fill their front pages full of inferior clips just to do their friends a favour. Yes, I was part of YouPorn, but became one of their content partners shortly after we sold

Ruseful sites do convert unusually well.. I made 24 sales last month with just a handful of blogs with 10 or less posts each, all organic SE traffic with great ratios.

Hey Judoporn, I think you are getting a little confused and definitely ahead of yourself here.

Firstly, yes, I was part of YouPorn, along with the 6 others that ran that site from start (Aug 26th 2006) until "collectively" "WE" sold on 5th May 2011. The whole team, wether owners or not, built that baby from scratch, so forgive me for referring to YouPorn as "ours" when referencing the sale.

Secondly, I don't understand how this thread is about uploading to Manwin owned tubes. The thread is about the highest ever new entry on the highest rated websites of all time since "we" started collating that data in March 2007. This is a huge achievement, that everyone else that responded to the threat acknowledge and appreciate. The screenshot you kindly advertised for me is from PornTube.com. Owned by an independent company that I joined on the 2nd January 2012. It was documented quite well in the press: http://business.avn.com/company-news...uy-459120.html . So, I do not see where your connection is that this thread is about uploading to Manwin tubes. Maybe you are getting PornTube confused with PornHub?

Thirdly, TrafficJunky has NOTHING to do with the CPP I offer at PornTube. Again, I think you are confused because when you join the CPP program of PornHub, Tube8 etc, you are given a TrafficJunky account to manage your banners. And this is a very important tool to help you optimise your banners, not just for the connected TJ tubes, but every tube you upload to. This TJ account lets you know what banners are performing best, and you can change them daily until you hit on something. CTR on the CPP banners on tubes can drastically differ from 0.3% to over 4%. TJ gives you the ability to optimise those banners. Again, I am no way affiliated with Manwin or TJ, other than being one of their most successful CPP's.

If you read my PornTube guide on how to monetize the tubes, you will see that I tell content owners to plan their tube campaigns and upload to ALL of the tubes, not just PornTube and not just Manwins tubes. I have 2 full time up loaders who's sole job is to upload to as many tubes as possible. I hold workshops at the trade events as well as sitting on many panels, talking about how I have made a success of my company with my tube strategy. I help many gfy'ers and many of the biggest content companies on the planet with their tube strategies. I recommend you reach out to some of them and ask about me, not only how I was part of the team that grew YouPorn into the biggest tube site in the world, but also that we were the first tube to launch a CPP and thus becoming every CPP's #1 affiliate by a long way, making us the biggest affiliates in the industry. When "we" sold, we had over 2,000 active content partners uploading to YouPorn on a regular basis. Then ask them to comment on what I have built in 15 months with 90% of my traffic coming from the tubes. Not one person will tell you that they wouldn't want the success that I have had.

The difference with the CPP we offer at PornTube is the fact that I know the extreme commercial benefits of uploading clips that are 10 minutes + in duration, and not only to my tube, but to the content owner themselves too. That is the reason that we do not have any aff codes on tube videos of 10 minutes or longer. This means that the content owner gets every sale from PornTube affiliate free. They get higher views, higher ratings and if they use the tools that are given to you like companies such as TJ, they optimize their banners to get the best CTR. Then its over to the content owners to monetize that traffic in their own way on their own sites.

I am not here to defend the tubes, but we launched the CPP program in March 2007 and we bought as much licensed content as possible. That is also why I helped anyone that reached out to me about how to monetize the tubes back then, and that is why I help a lot of people now, because quite simply, thats where the traffic is. And without traffic, its pretty hard to succeed.

I would rather deal with the tubes and their traffic and increase my odds of winning. But bottom line, if the users of the tubes don't like your content, then its an uphill struggle, and those are the content owners that normally fail with a tube campaign, and of course, for them, the fault lies with the tubes, and they dont look at themselves or the quality of their content.

Every site I launch is backed by data. I know what the tube users are watching, rating, commenting on. I spend at least 2 hours a day looking at clips on all the tubes, looking why they succeeded, why they failed. Looking at the amount of views, what they tagged their cips with, what they named the clip, different keywords etc etc. This information is there for EVERYONE to see on the tubes.

The tubes are like a huge shopping mall, and for you, its like having an electrical store in that mall. The Mall gives you access to lots of freely available data on what the visitors are looking to buy. But you ignore this data and you stock the shelves in your electrical store with items that you like or guess they will buy. So, when a prospective member walks through the doors of the mall, and puts his head in your door, and see's that you dont have what he wants, then not only will he not buy anything, but most likely, he will never come into your store again. Thats why every clip you upload to the tubes should be the best possible representation of your brand. And this data, seriously, its every where you look on the tubes. Look at the bottom of RedTube for instance, they actually give you the latest top 500 searched for terms. Use all this data to your advantage, I do.

All of my content is up on all relevant tubes already. And as for the torrents, we have that covered as much as we can. After trying out 3 separate DMCA type companies, we have found a winner with www.xtakedowns.com

But as Biggy mentioned in a different thread, there is a whole new ecosystem there for us content owners, if you just thought about it for a while. But you need the shills and technology of a company like xtakedowns.com to achieve this (I am not a broker nor affiliate for them btw, just telling you where I am getting the best success with my DMCA campaigns right now)

I have just quickly added up the amount of views my brands videos have had on YouPorn alone, and it 646.22 million views. Even if I only had a CTR of 1%, thats 6.46m visitors to my sites , and say I had a conversion ratio as bad as 1:2,000, thats 3,250 full members right there. Now, lets not forget that for every 1 click thru from the tubes, you get 2 direct type ins (its been like this for nearly every CP since we launched the CPP on YouPorn in March 2007) so in fact from me uploading my clips to YouPorn alone, has netted me 9,690 new members since we started uploading to them in Jan 2012. Now take into account I upload to: RedTube, xHamster, YouJizz etc etc, then you can start to work the math out yourself. We dont do trials either, just full memberships.

I can tell you that my CTR on tubes is higher, as is my sales ratio. But feel free to call me a liar. Wether you believe me about my numbers is up to you, but me, my billing companies and my bank manager know its true.

And all this revenue has allowed me to launch 10 sites in 15 months, with another 7 sites launching in the next 6 months. We are currently shooting 125 full scenes a month and this number increases each month.

Because I am not only an owner of a paysite network but also a partner of the company that owns www.PornTube.com, www.4Tube and www.fux.com and the more Content Partners that follow my advice, the better content I get for my tubes. Which in turn increases views, Click thrus and member sales. So I get paid both sides of the fence, so what you may think I lose by helping pay sites with their tube strategies, I gain in more users of my tubes.

And I really don't mind sharing my info, there is no loophole, there is no secret to my success. Everything is there for you and anyone else to work out for yourself. I have done workshops and seminars for the last 14 months telling you exactly how to copy what I do. And believe me, some of the biggest players in the industry have reached out for advice.

But what I do have is an understanding of the tube traffic, why its important that when you shoot your actual scene, that you shoot an "extended" beginning, middle and a prolonged ending to enable you to edit specific mini scenes from your full scenes so that you can put onto the tubes the best tube clip possible.

Look at my sites, look at my tube clips, the quality speaks for it self. Not everybody can shoot/edit to that quality, and if they do, it makes my whole team (40 employees btw) up their game, so we all win, my members, my tubes and every other tube I upload too.
