yes they have slowed a little early already for november. I haven't been able to make a ccbill purchase on my cards, ever, period - tried about 5 times. Never had a card declined in 15+ years except by CCB, their rules are a little too tight. Same card, same day with epoch, no problem.

CCbill blocked me just because i used a different email address as another time. Imagine how many sales you lose because of ridiculous stuff like that.

Yes, it's a 100% true. I called them up to ask why my card didn't go through when it did before. And that was the reason. I used a different email address.
As much as i love CCbill i think that's just retarded.
Tons of people have and use different emails. If that already is a reason to block someone i wonder what else is.
