I've had a few messages over the weekend and today, asking if I'm in that big lawsuit concerning Boneprone. 
No, I'm not. I did make a joke about it when it first came out because both of us are top affiliates at AFF and we hang out together a few times per year, and I like joking around especially when I know certain people are watching.
I have nothing to do with tube sites, other than a very small one that I had running on autopilot for about a year and a half, and it ran sponsor-hosted FLV that was being imported with the CyberSEO plugin only. I moved servers a few months ago and I didnt care to set it back up. It barely got 500 hits a day, and my decision not to set it back up had more to do with me being lazy about it and had nothing to do with a lawsuit concerning me or anyone else.
I heard that all of my domains are down. Which I find to be amusing because I just checked and easily 400+ are working. I learned a long time ago that there are these people on the internet, some people may refer to them as psychos, stalkers, etc and they like to snoop and be nosy. So, many things that I run are in a company name, well protected by Nevada incorporation privacy laws. So how would anyone, other than me, know if all of my domains are down or not? Regardless of how smart they think they are, they wouldnt know.
I do have several domains, mostly old ones, that are sitting dead and have been since before this lawsuit stuff ever started. I have hundreds of domains and some I dont care enough about to do anything with at the moment. But if someone gets the impression that I took them down recently or that they know why they arent working, or I'm trying to hide, and that they are seeing ALL of my domains down based on the very few that they know of, then hey thats ok with me because I find it funny as fuck.
I heard that my AFF stats and other stats that I have posted, are fake. I have no reason to post fake stats, ever. I have no reason to lie about winning webmaster contests or receiving bonuses, nice gifts, or exotic trips. And the stuff that I do post about, I'm sandbagging (look that up) most of it because once again, the stalkers and psychos are watching. And a lot of stuff, I simply dont mention at all as it seems to create animosity with some people.
I heard that I'm going broke in adult. This one made me laugh. My adult income is declining, as I've been shifting my focus to mainstream and I'm actually making more money in mainstream now than in adult. I also remember posting a few months ago that I planned on being out of adult by the end of the year. That hasnt changed. I also said that when my mainstream income surpassed my adult income, I would be shifting most of my attention to mainstream. So naturally, my adult income is declining as my mainstream income builds. I'm damn sure not going broke though. It's never been a secret that I dont really like the adult business and I certainly have never liked the "adult" lifestyle. This has been a way to make money for me and nothing else. For the few really cool people that I've met in this business, I've met 10x that amount in weirdos, perverts, stalkers, and sociopaths. This is why you hardly ever see me at webmaster shows, or other things like that.
So, there you have it. I'm not being sued for millions (or even being sued at all) and there are no civil suits, criminal suits, or bankruptcies concerning me.
