If memory serves, they also stopped paying the studios on time a long time ago. I think we stopped working with them over it a couple of years ago.

I get that times can be rough but I would agree on a payment plan if needed. We've done it before with others and its the only professional response to this imo (well besides just paying up of course).

Communicating is not really a problem since he or his assistant or Ric most of the times reply. Just tired of the bs answers and empty promises.

I gave Mallsom more than enough time to work this out with us.

I do recall you called us out too until sherm showed you repeated attempts to get you the checks & it came down to the incompetance of your accounting dept. I guess my point is you have an itchy trigger finger when it comes to this (at times)
