I just wanted to post and let you guys know that I am no longer with AFSC... I've been getting CCed on a lot of emails from people about AFSC orders... So I wanted to let everyone know that I can't help you... I've always used my own email address loryn AT lorynadult DOT com when contacting everyone, not an AFSC email, so you can still reach me at my address, as always, but loryn AT adultfilmstarcontent DOT com I never used so that email is officially dead...

I believe Tristan can help you so you can contact him or contact any of the emails from the AFSC contact page... [email protected] is always available to respond to you...



Of course, I am still dealing with Xsells, I have TONS of buyers, in fact I have the best buyers in the biz baby... I also work in merchant accounts, once again I have the best contacts in that field as well... Yes I am tooting my own horn because it's fun...

Also I know a few of my biz friends had contacted me for content, I won't post your names because, well, I don't do that, but I just wanted to let you guys know that I will still help you get your content... I've been friends with you guys for sooo long I would never leave ya hanging... So I wanted to post and let you all know that I will still hook you up...

And last but not least, if anyone is looking for an amazing deal making customer service woman, who is deeply connected and enjoys building customer relationships, to join your team, hit me up... I love working with customers, and making sure they are taken care of professionally and with respect... My goal is to make every customer I work with a regular for life...

I want to personally thank Loryn for helping shape AFSC into what it is today. She was brought in to right the ship and she did just that!!!!

We fought internally about the automation of our system since we started in 2009, by adding terabytes of content for "instant download" would really cut into the profits especially when dealing with thousands of HD videos. But Loryn said that without that automation, we would continue to have problems and would never make it. With her guidance and advise, we are now fully automated and all orders large and small are instantly downloadable.

Loryn's talents are amazing and her worth to a company is immeasurable. Being that we are now a 100% automated company, her "people" talents were not being fully utilized here anymore. It would be like asking a programmer to handle accounting.

We wish Loryn the best, as she is clearly the best. Whoever lands her as their employee will be in great hands. She has an amazing work ethic and her skills at customer service are unrivaled.

Hey WuWu... Well I am looking for a great customer service endeavor with a company who values their customers and wants to get the most out of them, and do the most for them... It's surprising how many people out there don't understand the impact customer service has on their business... Bad customer service can cost a company a ton of money, and the main function of a business is to make as much money as possible while making sure their customers are 100% satisfied, happy and wanting more... I've made more sales, found more customers and increased the size of a customer by simply taking some time to understand the client and treating them with respect...

When I work for a company I like to pretend I am a customer and go through the whole process of purchasing the service or product... Then as I go through the different steps a customer experiences when purchasing the product or service, I take notes on what was good and what was bad to help improve the customer experience... The easier, the faster and more enjoyable your customer's experience is, will give you the highest guarentee they will return and spend even more money, not to mention the more people they will tell about you... Positive word of mouth is the best form of advertisement IMO... Trust me negative word of mouth is business cancer...

In a nutshell, I'm looking for a great company who sees value in their cusomters and appreciates an employee who values customers while at the same time looking out for the company with everything she's got...
