Actually CyberSEO works is a same way with all pinterest-like themes I've seen so far. Just set the plugin to generate post thumbnail for every syndicated post. E.g.: http://www.cyberseo.net/demo/pinterest-style/ - it's a demo autoblog which syndicates content from NASA, HubbleSite and Amazon just as a prof of the concept. In the same way you may syndicate images, texts and videos (including embeddable ones) from any RSS and XML feeds. Fell free to email me for the details.
