wasn't really much of a reply.. they didn't reply to any of the questions.. he merely stated a useless fact that doesn't have anything to do with why nobody has been paid. He didn't tell anyone when they would be paid or what the problem is. Sounds like stall tactic to grab a few more joins before they close down to me..

We suggest SPACash users to write through PM or to [email protected] and let us know your usernames, therefore we can take a look at what might have happened. It is easier for us to look into each case than to respond to annonymous and general complaints.

We have users that, unaware of the change into the automatic payment method we made a few months ago, did not properly configure their account information and in those cases automatic payments were not processed. We are glad to help users that have this particular problem.

We are also working with users with deactivated accounts and restoring those as well.

Maybe you should have mentioned that BEFORE everyone asks why they haven't been paid.. Maybe you should respond to emails and messages STILL unanswered by your affiliates

then next time respond to the repeated individual requests/emails/messages for an answer on what is going on. fyi you do have support emails listed on your site, have you checked those lately ? i should also remind you , your affiliates are told to email BILLING@ for billing problems.. You also have a built in message system for problems.. also marked BILLING. If anyone had answered ANY of the above , maybe this thread would not be here ? you also have a forum, filled with people asking much the same questions.

The new payment method was explained in a post from may, including the link to configure the account.

That is why it would be helpful to know your username. We do not know which user you are, which of the payment methods available you use, if you were able to set it as default or if you reach the minimun amount for automatic payments.

next time just pay everyone and you will know you have paid me as well, obviously i wouldn't be asking why my payment was late if it was set to an improper pay method or i had not reached min payout.

It isn't a mystery , you obviously didn't pay people when you were supposed to , no big deal just let people know what is going on instead of leaving them in the dark.. So many companies going belly up, you can't just ignore your affiliates for a month and expect them to be happy or continue to promote you.
