I have a Blogspot question? Anyone ever have this happen?

I have a blog on Google's Blogspot hosting. It's semi adult, most of the articles are adult humor. For the past year my Google search traffic was through the roof. I was #4 or #5 for all the search terms I wanted. About two weeks ago I added a photo with a nipple in it and Google slapped on that "Adult Content Warning" page. Since then my search listings went to shit. I'm not even on the first page on any search term. WTF!!! It's not a big thing, the site is just a hobby site, not a money maker for me. Can I ask Google to remove the warning page after I take down the photo? I just can't see how the warning page made my search position go to crap.

Don't use blogspot for adult stuff? That's at least what everyone has always been telling me so I've avoided blogspot like the plague
      But.... I pulled out...
