They respond to DMCAs, if you are persistent about it, although unfortunately the content frequently gets re-posted. My stuff gets stolen there way more often than is remotely okay with me.

Have they ever opened an entire paysite based around your content?
They stole your content, shitty, they stole MY NAME lol...
I've been getting cc's for the last few weeks from diff companies sending AE DMCA's I responded to the first one (Never heard back lol) but THEN I started getting cc'd replies FROM "Loki" at AE.
So I'm guessing these people who have been in contact with AE in the past have gotten responses back from a Loki and then when they mail again they think it's me lol.
Can I send some sort of DMCA on using my nick while they are stealing other people's content? (all jokes aside really)
Well, are you going to sue them or what?
Go to your lawyer. Take evidence.
You cannot lose this case.
Adult-Empire are applying the tube model to paysites. They are going down in flames sooner or later.
Well in all honesty and I'm NOT defending them one bit, but they ARE an AVS company, so there is a CHANCE if you own a paysite it could just be an affiliate.
I know many times it's NOT, but there are valid cases of affils creating sites on AE and upselling to the sponsor of the content.
I myself have a few avs sites there upselling back to Sextronix and Hentaibiz with my 3D Toons and I won't lie the traffic is great!
So, just a word of advice, IF you find your content there, check your stats and look for traffic from those AE sites, then have a talk with the affil that 'owns' them IF that is applicable.

-Loki-
You were the only person I recognized who seemed to have content legitimately on their AVS system and all their correspondence came from a Loki, so I assumed it was you.

Yeah I figured that when I wrote you back the 2nd time, but since your CC I've had 4 more in the last few weeks, I actually walked into my studio office and told my wife "I wonder if I can make those fucks STOP using my name lol"
As funny as that may sound, I've been "Loki" since I was about 5 years old, and I've been branding it online since 1998 or 1999, I'm pleased to say that I am also "drama free" and I really want to keep it that way!
I know of quite a few webmasters who legitimately use sponsor content on AE, When I was with Sextronix I worked with a handful of affils and showed them how to build a proper AVS for AE's system, and in all honesty 1:5 - 1:10 clicks on my upsell banner results in a sale for me. (I just never pump traffic to them, call me crazy lol)
When used CORRECTLY AE is really a sweet setup and I really wish more people would follow their 'formula' (but do it RIGHT)
You as a content owner, or affil with permission to use the content create one or more "King sites" IF you select "Resell" as an option for your avs site/s then ALL the various webmasters that belong to AE can PROMOTE YOUR AVS SITES, and earn commissions on sales (as do you) YOU create some galleries and banners and the affils take them and run with it.
It pretty much turns any affil into a mini paysite owner/program (AND it generates upsells to the sponsors IF done properly)
I don't mean to convey the "If you can't beat them join them" mentality here but I don't understand why more programs don't use them or have their affils use them for legit purposes.
OR why someone doesn't just 'copy' the concept and do it themselves.
