Looking for someone to code and convert a PSD file to Wordpress theme

Is there anyone here that can take a PSD file and both code and convert it into a custom Wordpress theme for me? It's for a custom designed mainstream site. I need someone who is well experienced in this area.

Just a few notes about what I require for the theme:

- Needs to be Wordpress 3.0+ compatible
- Needs to be W3C compliant
- Sidebar must be able to fit 300px wide ad
- Main body/post section must be able to fit 600px wide image
- Must be widget ready
- Footer must be able to contain up to 3 widgets at 300px wide each
- Must be able to manually add footer icons/links from WP theme options (eg. Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Must include WP theme option to choose skin/color layout
- Must include basic main page slider (design/layout included in PSD)
- Needs to support new WP menu options with drop downs & subcategories

Just out of curiosity how much does a service like this generally cost? I look forward to your replies.

I'll put it right out where everyone can see my prices. $50 and I can have it done within a day. PSD made into WP theme. My site is in sig and you can see samples there.

Price depends on design, starting from $50 up if only sliced into html/css and if also converted into WordPress, price starts at $100 and up. All code is handwritten, SE optimized, valid W3C, etc...
