I was watching this video on TedMed.com and at the end of the speech Alexandra Drane asks everyone to share this one slide:



and I thought it's important for us to think about it, especially with the recent passing of quiet and BigD.

1. I'd say 4 for me. There are exceptions, like if you're a vegetable like Terry Schiavo I'd say pull the plug on me.

#1 Let me die if my quality of life is gone. Don't want to be a living vegetable

#2 I would prefer to die at home where I live not in a hospital that's cold and family may not be around

#3 I have already spoken with my family and wife about it not to mention have it in a living will

#4 Yes - my wife and brother - I prefer to have an agreement with everyone in family rather than the burden on one person

#5 All of the above - 2 months ago I wrote up a will along with other papers to make sure that my wishes are known in all situations
