Only solution is to host promo tools by yourself,as that way you can see what bypasses filter.Sponsors tools links never change so pretty easy to block them.

If your sponser allows it try shortening the sponser link with a url shortener like bit.ly. I'm guessing ad block just blocks the domain name/url.

You could also require your visitors to disable adblcok. If they don't that user isn't worth having.

Only ass holes use adblock.

I've found that 10% of my surfers use it. They are the same ten that don't buy shit anyway. But I host most of my ads myself.

Run links through a script. Pretty links light is a good WordPress plugin for this. Make banners in odd sizes. Don't use 300x250. Use 296x245. Don't name things like directories /ads/.

Yup, don't name banners or images with stuff like "ban" or "banner" in them, they'll be automatically blocked if you host them.

Welcome to 2012, Zester.
Perhaps in a year or two you'll discover "No Script Security Suite"
AND
"Self Destructing Cookies"

Adblock adzones from PlugRush can block access to your site and display warning message until adblock is turned off. You can also set it up to redirect wherever you want or to anti-adblock campaign site, or to ads by the network.
