I think it's easier to have priorities in order when success is already there. That's kind of where I was going with that. It's easy to ignore the little people when you are doing well. When you are the little person, you scratch, bite, gouge, punch, kick and do everything you can to not be the little guy anymore. Success doesn't come through being the nice guy. Happy feelings and contentment, sure, but success requires a lot of tough moments and you never know what they will be until they are right there.
