CrakRevenue Introduces Straight-to-Model Linking with My Free Cams

Not too long ago a member of this forum asked us if it was possible to link directly to a particular model on My Free Cams.

Thanks for the idea!

So if you want to create an accurately targeted Campaign with MFC you now have the ability to do so.

Here's how to do it:

1. Visit MyFreeCams.com, find the model you’re looking for and and click on the thumb.
   
   
2. Once you’re on the model’s room, look at the url in your browser. Grab the #modelname part at the end of the url:
   
   
   
   
3. Get your MFC link code in the adtools section of CrakRevenue
   
   
4. Simply add the #modelname part at the end of your link code. (example: connexionsecure.com/go/1q1q1q1q/DEFAULT#modelname])

Pretty simple right?

With straight-to-model linking, you make the user skip the “browsing” stage and make him go directly to the “enjoying” part. You do the work, he does the spending. It’s a great way to boost your conversion rate… and your bank account.

Ive signed for a crak account sometime back and wanted this but you guys never got back to me on my questions if I was approved fo r the signup? ( I just tried again with a new email but its really vague if anything has happened or not.) this is perfect for me and my niche sites.

For now the link takes the user to the models's room whether she's online or not. There is a link for the model's profile there.

If the model changes her screen name, then the link has to change too. This is fairly rare, especially among the most popular models. They're better off keeping the same screen name if they want their followers to keep track.

Of course if you're running a highly targeted campaign, you probably want to keep track of which model(s) you are linking to.

It is 1000X more effective to provide an I-frame of the girls who are actually online.

To add... it is 1000X more effective (then I-frame) to create a tool where affiliate can copy/paste say 300 of latest girls and then be able to show online girls in a frame/border that suits their site. That way... if affiliate is clever, they can show picture of live girl to look like it belongs on their site.

1. Are you aware of any problems with direct linking in safari, they don't seem to work for me, the #ModelName part of the URL seems to be removed.

2. Are affiliates allowed to link direct to myfreecams.com instead of using the connexionsecure.com link?

eg. myfreecams.com/?cam=12345&track=1234567_123_GB_123_DEFAULT#Model
instead of: connexionsecure.com/DEFAULT#Model

If so, is it just a case of using the url that the connexionsecure.com link resolves to and will they be be tracked in stats?

No, you have to use the connexionsecure link.

I can confirm - MFC's straight-to-model linking has been fixed.
You can now directly link to a MyFreeCams model once again using your CrakRevenue link code.

Double check those links!

Simply add the #modelname part at the end of your link code. (example: connexionsecure.com/go/1q1q1q1q/DEFAULT#modelname)
