Paxum Card Service Downtime - July 19th 2013

At the current time Paxum Mastercard balances are not loading and Transfers to the Paxum Mastercard are not functioning. This is an issue with our processor and we have been in communication with them to have this situation resolved as soon as possible.

Our processor has informed us that service will be fully restored tomorrow, Saturday July 20th.

We apologize for this inconvenience.

Please note: Paxum Mastercards are fully functional and can be used for purchases and ATM withdrawals as normal. Paxum P2P payments are also fully functional. Please also note that all other Paxum withdrawal options are fully operational if you wish to withdraw your funds by wire, check, EFT, or to an already existing credit card. Thank you for your patience while this issue is resolved
