Photo Gallery Script Needed:

I'll design the entire template of the main site and the admin area and then need a programmer to make it come to life. Right now I'm looking for a rough price for this project.

Requirements:

Photo Gallery / Community Script:

- Users Signup
- Users include basic info about themselves
- Users have the ability to upload photo galleries (mass select photos from their computer, or bulk zip gallery upload)
- Galleries are uploaded and displayed based on settings in admin area (thumb sizes, categories, most recent), etc.
- Galleries can be tagged, put in categories, have descriptions, added to favorites, searched, etc.
- Users can add other users to favorites

Admin
- Can add galleries through the admin section, delete galleries, schedule own galleries for being added to the site, edit other users galleries, delete users, etc.

There will be other small requirements, but these are the my top needs.

We actually have just such a system. The biggest bonus on top of what you listed is that because these days people use their mobile phones to take the pictures, it has a lot of mobile friendly features. I have one concern to discuss with you, though.
