I was under the impression that GFY was not a site like the old Bulkerforum and Digital Point and did not allow calls to absolute criminal activity. A random script kiddy is not what he wants. He needs an existing bot network of hacked servers and PCs and contact to the person who controls that network.
There is an underground market for such attacks. But I would not know how to contact those people.

few botnets are solely owned or operated and lots of people 'lease' chunks of them or usage of them.

there are many forms of attacks that can create costs on the receiving party. DDoS isnt the only form of harassment. imagine a few million emails getting stuffed in their support/dmca inbox from every bot on a net... or click flooding their advertisers with fake hits ;) damn people... get creative with your vengeance.
