simple drawings / cartoons
If you need simple drawings for your website maybe this is a good offer for you.
My nephew likes to draw - i know hes not perfect and i saw much better drawers here in the board but maybe you need a cheap drawing for your website then just contact me  A special drawing he can make for 50-75$.     |

If money is the main goal, I would recommend your nephew practices by creating smooth vector illustrations with Illustrator CS5 and sell them on stock photo websites or the Envato marketplace.
I point out CS5 specifically because there is a new feature for manual control over line width in that version that is very helpful in creating smooth and attractive line art. I know advice was not requested, but he has talent and just needs the correct tools to work with and practice.
