Will your registrar offer .xxx and will you stop using them because of it?

Let us cut to the chase here.

Since people are beginning to boycott services and business dealings with .xxx owners, do you have urls registered with GoDaddy or DirectNIC to name a few? Are you going to move all your domains somewhere else to not have associations with those dealing in .xxx?

The list of registrars offering this tld .xxx is very long. I will not post it here nor do i want to link or promote the site it can be found.

I think in any situation like this you boycott who you can. It's impossible to boycott everything and everyone. In theory, you would have to stop using the internet if you tried to do it that way.

the reason I made this thread is because I was told on gfy that if I make ads for companies starting up .xxx sites i am a backstabbing traitor to the industry and I am supposed to cut all deals with clients who buy a .xxx and tell current clients if they buy one i can no longer do work for them.

i have been contacted by a few clients regarding their new .xxx sites, so I want to know how far people are willing to go.

The reality is that everyone will have an indirect connection with .XXX, this is impossible to avoid i.e. having domains on a registrar who starts selling .XXX.

But if you have a chance to avoid a direct connection, then you have to make a decision.
