Ya.. I got mine through AWEmpire..
There was one month last year that i went without reaching my payout limit and I got an email from payoneer warning me that my account would be deactivated if I did not get a payment soon, and I had told them that I had received payments from a few people.. and they replied that the payments were not paid by AWE and they must be from AWE to have the account remain open...
I was like WTF?????
So after that I rarely use them for anything.. Just mainly payments from AWE 2x a month.. but for everyone else I offer it as a last resort...
Between that and the monthly charges, etc.. they are last on my list.Last edited by Naughty-Pages; 05-29-2012, 10:21 AM.400 HARDL1NKS only $117! - (100 for $45)

Hi guys,
I'm on maternity leave, so out of the office for a few more weeks, but I forwarded your email to Nissim and he will help you.
Cards that haven't been in use for 9 months or more are blocked (as long as there are no funds them). We pay for open cards for each month they are active, and since we don't take any funds from you for activation fees until you have received a payment, we block the card until a time you want to use it (again, as long as there is a $0 balance on your card).Talia Klein

Ok ok ok... but I think is cheap to sent warning e-mail 1 month later so to take care of it. Also why accepts payments to reopen from the sponsor which open the account and not from the others... this is also strange rule.Hi guys,

As Talia mentioned above, accounts are temporarily disabled after an extended period of inactivity, however the payment methods linked to those accounts are still active. Once you receive a new payment, the account will be re-enabled (at no cost). As the card is prepaid, you wouldn't be able to use it until you receive a payment anyway (whether the account is enabled or disabled).
The issue is that you cannot link new partner accounts to a disabled Payoneer account. If you'd like to contact me directly, I'd be more than happy to assist you in getting the account re-enabled (and linking any new partner accounts).

Most companies take an annual fee up front, so even though they are also paying MasterCard for the open cards each month, you have already covered those fees, so they don't need to block your card. We rather only take a monthly fee so that you only pay maintenance fees for the months your card has been active. Proof that this is a good system for anyone whose card has been blocked is that they didn't' pay for those 9+ months of having the card. Imagine if you had paid $45 per year and not used your card for 9 months - if you use it for the next 3 months, that would have been a $15 fee per month that you actually used it.Talia Klein

Ok agree with u.... BUT... SENT THE F@CKING WARNING E-MAIL sooo to take care to send there some payments... and not use only Paxum as example! Most companies take an annual fee up front, so even though they are also paying MasterCard for the open cards each month, you have already covered those fees, so they don't need to block your card. Thanks! Sorry, the banner caught my eye and I missed it. Adding you now.
In regards to e-mail notification, I'd just like to point out that the accounts are only disabled in extreme cases where an account is completely inactive for a very extended period of time.
Additionally, Payoneer has millions of account holders, and inactive accounts can number in the tens of thousands, so e-mail notifications generally cause more harm than good. We do list the error code once you try to log in, and we offer support via telephone, e-mail, live chat, twitter, facebook, and the Payoneer community forum (not to mention GFY
).
As I mentioned before, the payment methods already linked to the account are kept active, and once a new payment is received our system notifies us and the account is re-enabled (at no cost).
I understand your feedback regarding adding additional partners to a disabled account, and I will personally follow up and attempt to resolve that issue for the future.Comment
