Does your payment profile appear blank? I thought I would take a look at this program and signed up without a hitch. Then looking through the program I saw nothing was listed for my payment info, so I attempted to change it. I kept getting errors along the lines of 'all fields must be filled in' so I emailed them about it. And again. And again. Finally I get a response saying my payment info has been changed, but again when I check my profile, other than my email address all the fields are empty.
