Just picked up a .com with 15K monthly searches and the free .info with 27K monthly searches. Now I just need to develop them along with the other 100 domains I already have.Comment

Is that an exact match domain monthly search result? If so how in the hell did you find that? I can't find one with more than 1k searches available ever!Comment

I don't get how you find these. I'm not asking for any golden tickets or anything but can you please enlighten me a bit? I currently use google kw tool and just check by hand. I never have any luck.Comment

Yes. I have spent hours and hours and more hours on keyword research. I have bought about 75 domains in the past 6 months all are 8k+ exact match and most of those are for local with global being 30k+.Comment

I don't think it really counts the same if it has a hyphen which is why i put that part in tiny type

It's easy to do if you have a good keyword tool like Market Samurai, Traffic Travis, Keyword Scout, etc. I personally use Long Tail Pro and I love it, and I believe he is currently running a $20 off special so it will cost you $77. Just remember that for exact match domains you can also buy the .net and .org, not just the .com, and still do really well...

I have heard mixed reviews on this. I do know that domains with hypens can rank just as well as now hypen domains, but they usually have less appeal to most people. I generally stay away from them. I actually only own 1 domain with a hypen.
To who emailed with questions, I'm on my phone right now, but when I get home tonight I will send you a reply.Comment

Is there any trick to getting a high spot ranking for the exact domain match? A way that does not require a ton of SEO.I have heard mixed reviews on this. Thanks for the information, that's actually nice to hear. I always stayed away form hyphenated domains myself but bought a few recently for some reason. I think I was just looking for something right then for a certain niche and there wasn't much else to pick from at the time. Usually, when I grab one of those, the unhyphenated version is going to a farm so I'm not fighting against anyone for it.I have heard mixed reviews on this. Only like 1/3 of my domains have over 1k exacts. There are a lot I grabbed that I just thought were good names but had shitty exacts. Not the best way to do it but I have made a lot of compulsive buys lol.
I did see one hyphenated domain recently on first page for some keywords but that's the only time, I guess I should start getting to work on them lol.Comment
