Can some people who have actually used them please give use some info in regards to how they work? And how reputable they are?

We're looking to have our nats redesigned and have pretty much settled on these guys... but they ask for quite a bit of access that could cause us a lot of huge headaches if used improperly so we want to make sure they can be trusted.

Also, when giving reviews or w/e about them, please provide a link(s) to your program/site for reference.

Problems can occur on any project...communications and creative problem-solving skills are important criteria, which I use to help me differentiate the great companies from the average ones.

After getting burned by a few designers, I hired JeyP and IDS Adult to do a complete redesign of my ADG website (Mansion Productions MAS based CMS), as well as some other projects (WP blog, galleries, etc).

Based upon past performance, I would not hesitate to hire JeyP/IDS Adult again.
