Many of the companies in LA area are having great difficulties with the OSHA rules regarding condoms in all adult scenes shot there. I currently have no problem shooting non-condom scenes as I am in South Florida.
The talent pool in Florida has expanded to include many of the LA models, including models from LA Direct, Type9 Models, AMA Worldwide, and others. So not only do I have access to the huge Florida talent pool. I also have access to the LA talent pool (At cheaper rates) and models coming in from all over the country. South Florida is the number 2 spot in the US to shoot adult. (Soon to be number 1 if the laws in California keep heading that way)

Ya, back then there were NO DIGITAL CAMERAS (and video on the net was fucked 100%) It took weeks to get image sets online. Shoot 'em, develope 'em, scan 'em, clean 'em, resize for modem and compress etc..... There was no FTPing them to clients, it was all on CD. (No bandwidth, it'd take all day for 100 images)

For me those were the good ole days. $$$

I've been around here.......... and there! I've been shooting custom scenes for all who need them. For years I had some pretty big clients that were keeping me very busy. It seems everyone is getting bought out or consolidating. So now I have availability to shoot for others again.
It's funny how many folks have no clue who ZMASTER is these days. I guess I dropped the ball on promotions. But for years I was so slammed I couldn't handle any more clients.

Well I only have what I've been told to go by and he said they were throwing condoms on the floor in case inspectors showed up and that most are shooting without permits to shoot non-condom. That's a lawsuit in a box if someone catches anything.

CAL-OSHA is part of Federal OSHA.

The current Federal OSHA blood-born pathogen law on the books states we have to use condoms, Federal has obviously not been enforcing this.

CAL-OSHA is coming up with an adult industry specific set of guidelines which they will submit to Federal OSHA for approval, which will in turn become the new nationwide adult industry

Once this happens then the next issue is how and when they will enforce it.

This is all completely separate from the Los Angeles County condom law
