    Wordpress SEO Media Question

Okay, my wordpress question of the day...

How your vids and images SEO optimized? Do those plug ins work?

For instance. I can make any graphic image look SEO friendly if it is listed just by uploading only an image to the post and then using ALL IN ONE SEO, or WORDPRESS SEO and filling in the form, but is the post really optimized with only an image in the post?

What is the best way to optimize video and images. Is it better to include them in the post with the minimal amount of optimized text or can you optimize them without any text in the post.

If my question isn't clear, please let me know. Reason I ask (which might make things clearer) is if I wanted to use a wordpress theme (or frame) to create a comic book or graphic novel, could I do that, or am I better optimizing the way people used to optimize flash sites (which I thought never really worked anyway)

    Thanks in advance

Yeah, but do they work? I mean a standard post is say an image, about 300 words with a header and a targeted 5% density keyword.

Further extreme, if I made a blank post with ALL IN ONE SEO and filled in the SEO form info, would google considered that an optimized page?

don't even bother. If you try and optimize it, it will look like you know what you are doing and they will penalize you.

No, it just helps you analyze the keyword density, write a search specific title, write the meta description, adjust robots meta.

Thesis has all of the above and is just an all around excellent theme.

Okay, I should rephrase this question.

Google can't read videos and images, so what is the best way to optimize them besides placing them within a post with the properly optimized text?
