Looking for Jeff Laycock - Programmer

We had an open project with him and now we can not get a hold of him. His email is not answered, he does not answer the phone number I have. The other is disconnected. His mail is returned by the post office with no forwarding address. He has a large 50% deposit on the project.

He got a hold of me from a posting here. I think his company is Kentucky Indiana Web Group but I can't get a hold of him from the site either.

That is what we get for giving a new person a chance to make some money.

Any help by anyone would be appreciated.

That's what I thought. I got taken by him, but for some really small amount. I think it was on hahahahahahaha that he was whining that he was broke, how he'd adopted his nephew, or some such shit. It was around Christmas, I am pretty sure.

It was years ago, and I do good to remember what happened yesterday. But he told a sob story, the board responded, and he ripped off everyone involved.

To his "credit", I did actually receive something for my $$. It looked like it was done in MS Paint. I've seen much better design work on 4 chan.

Either way, OP certainly got ripped off. Seems like it wouldn't be all that difficult to track down.

How was payment made? Subpoena the confidential records of who took the payment... then go from there.
